A Maine native and current Los Angeles resident, Margaret Dodge is mostly a New Yorker given her 25 years in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She has performed and produced stand-up comedy and hosted the Dodge City radio show, interviewing unusual and fascinating New Yorkers.
Margaret has been featured in Time Out New York, performed at Lincoln Center for WNET/Channel 13, was a semi-finalist in the Laughing Devil Festival, and was chosen to compete in the 2018 Ladies of Laughter contest.
Margaret also does comedy characters, including post-Soviet cosmetologist Lubka Bubkova and Maine-based 12-stepper Mike. She’s a friend to animals and has improved the lives of hundreds of feral and stray cats and kittens through TNR (trap-neuter-return) and rescue and adoption efforts.
